Hello, Typoe.
This was done by graffiti/fine artist, Typoe. It’s titled “Confetti Death,” and if you look closely, the confetti is actually shards of spray paint can lids.
Typoe is well known around Florida for his graffiti, and his Flickr photostream (http://www.flickr.com/photos/typoe/) is full of pictures of trains, cement walls, aluminum garage doors, and alleyways that he has tagged.
I’m not usually one for graffiti. But I found Confetti Death first and it has led me to albums full of graffiti which I found myself enjoying immensely. I’ve never thought much about it before, but graffiti can turn something dirty and ugly into something bright and colorful. …into art!
